Shrimp burgers: 140 calories, 18 grams of protein, and pescetarian friendly! Fuel up, badasses, you deserve it after that workout! :)
1 pound raw, peeled and deveined shrimp2/3 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs1 large egg, lightly beaten2 tablespoons dijon mustard2 garlic cloves, minced1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/2 teaspoons dried basil1 teaspoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon onion powder
Chop up the shrimp in a food processor, move it into a bowl, mix it with all the other ingredients, then form it into 6 patties and grill ‘em up on a hot skillet for 4 minutes on each side. Tada!
